MMC - Mortal Online Machinima Contest

The first ever MMC is over and we have our winners! You guys blew our minds and surely didn't make this easy for us, but lets move on to the juicy part.


We've had an impressive total of 33 contesting videos. Most of them showed an impressive ammount of artistical skill on your end. In fact, we had so much trouble deciding on our three winners that we had to take another day just to discuss this and in the end we decided we needed more winners. So we added places four and five.


Now let's see who won.

1st Place goes to:

The story of the two paladins who travel the beautiful lands of Myrland and the epic fight against the minotaur really made us watch this over and over again. We truly think you captured the spirit of Mortal Online. A well deserved 1st place.

2nd Place goes to:

Saladin's "tour" through Myrland and his original take on music and editing is more than compelling. Wonderful takes and a great flow ensured him the 2nd place. Well done.


3rd Place goes to:

Kopatch's entry tells you the story of a slave who tries to escape his captors. A very nice and very well executed RP entry. Congratulations to 3rd place.

Uprod's clip starts out slow and calm but then threw us into an action packed PvP scene. Very original take on editing - we loved it.


5th Place goes to:

Another brilliant PvP/RP video. Watch how the guys from the Frostreaver Clan defend their town against some vicious raiders.
